I could hear planes taking off and landing all night because the hotel is close to the airport, and nothing had been done to block the noise. The bed was so narrow I couldn’t turn over once I lay down. At midnight, light from outside still came through the Mini-Blinds.

I followed their check-in instructions but got no answer, so I had to book another hotel. There was no communication, and the neighborhood felt rough. Skip this slum!!

No one was there to help. The air conditioning shut off at 22:00, and the small house has five rooms with no airflow. It was hard to breathe.

They locked the fence without confirming anything or telling us it would happen. It was such an unpleasant place, and they made us feel like fools as customers!
