Sense28 Edgewater, an AvantStay Hotel

We were among the hotel's first guests, which made the stay feel extra special. I loved the artwork around the building, the well-planned layout, and how much there was to enjoy. The rooftop pool area is beautiful, and there's a good gym for a quick workout. Parking was easy, and the location made it simple to walk around for Starbucks or other food. The full kitchen made the room feel homey, the bed was so comfortable it felt like my own, and the shower had just the right pressure and temperature. I also liked being able to browse apps on the TV while relaxing before heading out. I didn't get to use the coupons they gave me at check-in, but I'm looking forward to using them next time.

We stayed with the family and found the place extremely clean and tidy. There are plenty of nearby commercial areas, including a barbershop, and the staff were lovely and attentive. We'd definitely come back.

The studios were really nice and clean, and the stay felt like home away from home. I can't wait to return, and highly recommend it!

Our one-week stay was made even nicer by having a Whole Foods Market just a five-minute walk away. Reception had complimentary water, and the staff were kind and helpful. If I come back to Miami, I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends. We had a two-bedroom unit, with a bathroom, toilet, and spacious vanity area for each room, which was very comfortable. The shower had strong pressure and steady hot water. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, including individually wrapped dishwashing sponges, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, a large refrigerator, and lots of towels in different sizes.
