Sentral Alea Miami

I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. Ignacio at the front desk ignored me at first, and I had to ask three times whether I was at the right desk. Before arriving, I'd called about my accommodations and was told check-in would be seamless. When I gave my details, he was hesitant and condescending, and said I had no reservation even after he'd verbally confirmed my name in the system. I stayed kind and patient while he sent me in circles before finally checking me in. He gave no directions to the elevator or room and no other information. When I asked to speak with a manager, he became aggressive and said it wasn't his fault I'd traveled so far. The whole first interaction was extremely unpleasant.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay really enjoyable. Our host was amazing, responsive and attentive, and checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service and hospitality were truly 10/10. Ignacio at the front desk was especially helpful, polite, and welcoming, and made a great first impression.

We stayed before and after our cruise, and the location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and shops. When we arrived before check-in, they were happy to hold our luggage and let us use the amenities. The facilities are incredible, with work areas, soundproof booths for Zoom calls, a gorgeous pool, an extensive gym, and more. The rooms have everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. Weather unexpectedly extended our stay, and George at the check-in counter was an amazing host. He even printed my keynote speech for me, which was a lifesaver. We can't recommend the place enough and will be back.

The location is unbeatable, right between Brickell and Midtown and only minutes from Miami Beach. George, who managed the support desk, was always available, quick to respond, and genuinely happy to help. The studio had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, and a big closet. We also had access to a beautiful pool, lounge, and fantastic gym. I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Alea Hotel Downtown Miami and would definitely return.
