SLS LUX Brickell

I left feeling refreshed after a massage with Hali at Lux MedSpa Brickell. She focused on the places where I was tense and checked that I was comfortable the whole time. Honestly, one of the best massages I've had. The place felt clean, calm, and professional as soon as I walked in. Hali also did my facial and explained each step, shared useful skincare tips, and left my skin glowing. She clearly knows her work and cares about getting results. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was top tier, and the whole visit was a 10/10. I'll be back and would recommend it to others.

I love spending time at SLS Brickell, whether it's a hotel stay, a pool day, or just dinner and drinks. The place has a fun, luxurious Miami feel, with beautiful surroundings and great service. The pool makes a nice daytime hangout, and then you can head downstairs for dinner. The restaurants are always a vibe, and the food has been consistently incredible. With the cocktails, music, and atmosphere, a night here feels special. It's easily one of my favorite places to stay and spend time in Miami.

The room's condition and cleanliness were disappointing for the high nightly price. On arrival, the toilet wasn't working and needed a repair. The furniture had visible marks and stains, and the balcony floor was so dirty that my feet turned black after just a few minutes outside. That doesn't feel acceptable for a place selling a luxury stay. We also asked to check out at 1pm or 1:30pm instead of noon because our flights were at 4pm. They refused unless we paid for half a day. That bothered us less, though it seemed unaccommodating for a Sunday when they probably had fewer check ins. The basic upkeep didn't match the rate, and I wouldn't stay at SLS Lux Brickell again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so guests paying premium rates can expect a clean, working room.

We got to the rooftop pool and had a great time relaxing there. The hotel is clean and right in central Brickell, and everyone I met seemed genuinely happy. We arrived early from Charlotte and the front desk kindly got us checked in. Laz was wonderful and helpful throughout our stay, and Fritz, the front office manager, was a big help too. This was another great stay at an incredible property, and I'm looking forward to returning.
