Smart Brickell Condos Free Parking by Cielo Stays

Our first seven days were excellent. When we extended for three more, they moved us to a similar condo in the same building. Then the power went out early one morning. We assumed it was a building wide outage and went shopping, but when we returned that afternoon our apartment still had no electricity. We were without power for 30 hours. It turned out the problem was only in apartment 2104, where the hotel is located under separate management. It was hard to reach the condo management, and they didn't send an electrician until later. Camila at the hotel reception helped us get in touch with them, thank you, Camila. We asked for towels and a blanket, but neither arrived and nobody contacted us. My wife and I were on vacation with our two year old son and my 80 year old mother in law, which made the situation especially difficult. It's a shame the people running these condos don't communicate or pay attention to their guests.
