The Elser worked out so well for sightseeing, with Bayside just across the street and everything close by. Our room was huge and fantastic, with a great view over the port and our own kitchen for cooking. The hotel itself was amazing, too, with a really good weight room and a fantastic rooftop pool. There's a small restaurant beside the pool as well. Russell was our waiter there, and he went out of his way to make us feel special throughout our stay. I'd like to thank him personally for making it even better. I'm a little late writing this, but I wanted to put in a good word for The Elser.

The Elser has been my best hotel stay yet, even though I travel to Miami often and have stayed lots of places. I can't believe I hadn't found it sooner. Everything went smoothly from arrival on. The room was beautiful, and the amenities, communication, gym, yoga offerings, food, and overall atmosphere were all top tier. It felt luxurious and comfortable at the same time, like being at home. A special thanks to Stephanie, Stefano, and Ernesto for the care, attention, and kindness they showed. They made my husband's birthday celebration feel impeccable and special, creating a real experience. Whether you're coming to Miami or live in Florida and want a staycation, book The Elser. You won't regret it.

After a long day of travel, arriving with a big family and lots of luggage could've been stressful. Manuel stepped in right away, calm, patient, organized, and so accommodating. His positive attitude made us feel welcome and eased the stress of the day. He handled the busy arrival with genuine kindness and professionalism, and made a real difference to our stay. Five stars!

The pool service was a highlight. Jean was attentive without hovering, made great drink suggestions, and was warm and genuinely interested in guests enjoying themselves. Everything he recommended tasted delicious. Check-in was just as pleasant. Leandro welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, and made the whole process easy. His upbeat manner set a great tone for our stay. The staff overall seemed thoughtful and proud of their work. I’d happily come back to The Elser Hotel and recommend it for the service as much as the luxury.

We had a great stay before our cruise and will book here again for our next one out of Miami. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the staff were helpful throughout. Our three-bedroom suite worked perfectly for eight of us. It had so much equipment and space that you could practically move in, and the beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. Though we booked a city view, the large wraparound balcony still gave us a view of the ships docked at the port. The high-rise also looks out over Bayside. The pool is huge, with plenty of room to swim laps. I use a wheelchair and found access around the hotel very good overall. Twice, though, sunbeds were blocking the wheelchair ramps. Hopefully those were isolated incidents.
