Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of good places to eat a short walk away. The room felt modern and the kitchenette was useful, but the complimentary breakfast was miserable. The TV was painfully slow, and its remote wouldn't work with my gaming console connected. The pillows collapsed so much I needed about three to support my head.

Around midnight on January 24, someone hit my rental car while it was parked overnight at this Marriott. At the front desk I was told there were no cameras covering the parking area, the hotel wasn't responsible, and especially not if guests parked on the far side of the building. I understand a hotel may not be liable, but the response felt completely unconcerned. There were no visible notices that parts of the lot weren't monitored, and I was basically told nothing could be done. As a Marriott Gold member, I expected better guest safety and help with the situation. Learning afterward that there were no cameras and no real assistance was very disappointing. The property should be clearer about parking safety and improve security. I wouldn't stay here again, and would caution others.

There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so it was easy to grab something quickly. The room itself felt off, though, with poor ventilation, and we ended up with severe headaches. The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep properly. Breakfast was pretty average.

When I left my card in the room, Eucalides and Eduardo sorted out a replacement immediately. I was back inside a minute later. I really appreciated the extra effort while I was having trouble. Great hotel!
