Wynwood Design District Apartments by NUOVO

I've stayed in hotels in many cities, and this was the worst one for customer service. You can't even find their phone number. What kind of accommodation makes it impossible for customers to contact them? I booked through booking.com just as COVID-19 was starting to spread. Once it reached the US, flights were cancelled and cities, including Miami, shut restaurants and other places. I contacted booking.com to ask for a refund. Other properties refunded me without trouble, but this one didn't respond and marked the booking as completed, as if I'd stayed there. You can't mark someone as having attended when they didn't. That can go wrong in a lot of ways, and they know it. It's been a year and I still haven't got my money back. I won't forgive them over this, since it wasn't my fault that flights were cancelled and the city was closed. They don't seem to care about accommodating customers or listening to government orders.
