Breakfast was wonderful, with waffles, fruit, oatmeal and lots of add-ons, plus eggs and sausage. There's great coffee too. The rooms were super clean and worth the money, and the staff were sincerely awesome and helpful. I also loved the big TV: it swivels between the bed and couch, so you can watch from either spot.

The coffee was good, but the free breakfast wasn't anything special. The room was clean and okay, though the bathroom shelf was hanging loose from the wall. It was a suite shared by my sister, her husband, and me, and getting ready with three people wasn't convenient. A mirror in the bedroom or by the big living room table would have helped. The couch was comfortable to sleep on, so we didn't unfold the sofa bed.

Acórea was great at check-in, friendly and full of personality. He even enrolled me in the rewards program, which no one had done for me before. My husband asked for a higher-floor room, and Acórea happily helped. The room was beautiful and VERY spacious. There was some scuffing on the tub floor and one carpet stain that looked like salt from someone's shoes. I told Mandy in the morning, and she was helpful, super friendly, and so easy to talk to. Breakfast was great and nicely set up too. We do a hotel night every few months, and this is our new favorite. Thanks, Acórea and Mandy!

We stayed from October 24th through the 27th, and the room was clean. The kids really liked breakfast, and the service was excellent. Heather, the young woman who works nights, was especially amazing. She gave us places to eat and was helpful whenever we had a question. We'll definitely come back.

We had a large group of extended family here for a funeral this weekend, and the rooms worked really well for us. My family of five had a separate bedroom and a pull-out couch, so there was plenty of space. The lobby and amenities were great too, with a nice shared area to hang out, a lovely fire pit, a nice indoor pool, and a good breakfast. The staff made the visit even better. Juanita helped us the first night and was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. You don't often meet someone who cares that much about good service. She represents the hotel beautifully and deserves a raise! Heather and Danielle were great as well. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
