Super 8 by Wyndham Miamisburg Dayton S Area OH

There's on-site laundry and breakfast every morning, and the room feels warm, clean, and inviting, with lovely decor. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Some unfortunate circumstances in my life brought me here, and I'm grateful they made me feel comfortable in an unexpected place when I needed it. I'd recommend this place whether you're traveling or life throws you a curveball. It's easy on the pockets too. Definitely a diamond in the rough.

The price is hard to beat compared with other hotels around, and there's a little coffee and breakfast included each morning. The rooms were great and the staff super friendly. We came here after furnace problems and contractor delays, and it's been the best hotel experience I've had in years, despite traveling for many years. If you're in a pinch, your wife won't leave you alone, kidding, or you just need somewhere comfortable to rest your head, I recommend the Super 8 by Wyndham.

The bathroom cleanliness is my main complaint. There was feces in the toilet, hair in the sink and shower, and the mirror was nasty and smeared. Still, this is the only place we stay when we're in the area, and we'll keep coming back. It was quiet, the sheets and bedding were clean, and the room had the proper supplies. The shower had excellent hot water and pressure. Thank you for making our hotel experience wonderful every time.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We had roaches in the room, and when I reported them, the only response was a roach trap. They also told me the incense I lit attracted them, which is false, lol. They already have a roach infestation issue and seemed to know it, especially given how little they reacted to my report. Room service only knocked on checkout day and never checked whether we needed anything. Breakfast was very poor: I got it the first day, then was told it was “changing” the next day, and it wasn't available for the rest of our stay. I paid for checkout at 1:00 PM, but at 11:00 AM a staff member who said he was the owner came to the door and insisted we leave, saying they don't honor that system. I explained I got late checkout as a Wyndham gold member, through its partnership with Super 8, but he forced the door open while we were inside. I'm pregnant, and I called the police because of what he did. After I called them, the staff member had my fiancé and me trespassed. Between the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and how they handled the situation, I'd pay $10-$20 more to stay somewhere else.
