Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport

There was a bad smell in the room, and the hallways smelled like urine. I found paper with blood on it beside the bed, insects crawling on the bedding, and got awful bites and itching. The bathtub looked like it had a buildup of dirty brown grease and hadn't been disinfected. The room appeared renovated, but it was dusty and not properly cleaned, with rubbish in the corners. The entrance, doors, and floors were dirty too, and everything seemed dusty and disorganized. There were piles of papers at the front desk. My company moved me to another hotel after seeing the photo. I've stayed in old hotels that were very clean, and cleanliness matters. I do not recommend this place. Don't go.

Denny and Zion from housekeeping made a real impression on me. The room was spotless, a full 10 out of 10, and they clearly care about their work. Sherry and Sally at the Front Desk were also efficient, helpful, and lovely to deal with. Jit, the General Manager, was accommodating and handled requests or problems promptly and professionally. The staff are a big reason my stay at the Comfort Inn was so enjoyable. I highly recommend this location.

The room was clean, with a comfortable mattress and a microwave, which was a nice extra. The air conditioner worked and cooled the room down to 61 degrees. Front desk staff were helpful and had no problem accommodating my special request.

We got off a flight around 11 pm the night before and took a shuttle to the hotel. The front desk woman was rude when we arrived, wasn't friendly or helpful, and only told us things we needed to know after we asked. In the morning, I asked about a shuttle back and she said, “oh you can’t just walk up and ask for a shuttle back you should’ve mentioned it last night”. My fiance went back to schedule a ride and asked, “can I schedule a ride”. She just said “No” and looked back down at her phone.
