The room was sleepable, but not very clean, and the breakfast is one I'd simply skip. The door made constant noise, as if someone was checking whether it was open every time another guest went in or out. The heater worked just okay and took a while to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. They charged an extra $100 deposit. I hope it gets refunded, though it hasn't yet. They were certainly quick to take it. I won't stay there if I'm back in the area.

The curtains let in both the outside lights and the sun, and the room could've been cleaner.

I recommend Quality Inn. It was clean, spacious, and peaceful, and we enjoyed the hospitality. I moved from California with my 93 yrs old mother, and this place holds treasured memories for me from 10 yrs ago. I still have pictures from that time on an old Blackberry Cell phone. The three weeks I spent there recently were for renewal, peace, and my journey. It was a positive outcome. Many thanks!

The second room was much cleaner and had tissues and soap stocked, and the front desk staff were helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms quiet, parking easy, and the area nice. TVs, microwaves, and fridges in both rooms were good too. The first room smelled of smoke and hadn't been cleaned properly. There was mildew in the shower, and the shower head popped off when I turned it on. Both bathrooms had peeling paint, and the furniture was dated and worn. Trash left in the stairway was still there when we left about 20 hours later.

We got a great price, and the beds were comfortable. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave, and breakfast was included with scrambled eggs, waffles, and cereal. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, and really needs updating. Our room hadn't been cleaned well. It's about 25 minutes from the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
