The blonde woman at the office was nice, but that was about the only good part. They asked for a $100 deposit on top of the roughly $90 room price, which didn't feel worth it. When I got to my room, one bed cover had a sticky spot and a handprint. I called the office, and a man came up and gave me a replacement. None of the remote buttons worked, the tub wouldn't hold water, and there was a brown, rusty-looking dirty spot on the floor.
10/10
If you book at the right time, the price is easily under $100. For a budget stay, they do a nice job for the money: the TV works, the shower has hot water, and the beds were clean.
2/10
At least the room heater worked. Most of the rest was subpar: a light fixture didn't work, the sink stopper was broken in the closed position, drawer handles were loose, and one drawer wouldn't shut all the way. Some pillows had no cases. There was no free breakfast despite the advertisement, and the bathroom had no shower grab bars or soap trays. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were half full, which was gross, and the cable channels were mislabeled.
10/10
It was so quiet here that I slept like a baby each time. The pillows are my favorite, just the right thickness, and the showers get nice and hot. I could sit comfortably in the tub to shave, or fit in for a bath, and I felt very clean.
10/10
I needed somewhere at the last minute, and the room was just what I needed: clean, quiet, and with a comfortable bed. I liked the laminate floors. Breakfast was hot, and staff were around keeping the breakfast area clean. No complaints, thanks.
