The rooms were disgusting, with bugs everywhere. I left and they wouldn't refund me, so I let them keep the money. She moved me through four different rooms, promising each one would be better.

We were traveling with our babies, and the rooms were so dirty we couldn’t stay. There were bugs under the mattresses, and even the walls were filthy. We took the loss and found another hotel. We didn’t get bed bugs, thankfully, but they wouldn’t refund us.

The room charge can go on a card, but they want another $30 as a cash deposit. If you end up here late at night, have cash with you. The room was filthy, with hair all over, and I wouldn’t have been shocked to see a scorpion come out from under the bed.

The floor had gaps along the baseboards, and that place needs to fix them if it wants more business. I booked online, but at check-in the woman at the front desk said I had to pay a $30 deposit in cash. I didn’t have it, so she said I could cancel. She got angry and was rude when I did. I contacted the booking site, and they said Days Inn had a nonrefundable policy and they needed documentation that Days Inn agreed to cancel. When I called Days Inn, the front desk woman yelled at me and was rude again. Never going back.
