We came to town for my two sons' soccer tournament and checked in around midnight after a long drive. Our room was on the second floor, with a view of everything downstairs, and right beside the noisy elevators. We got no sleep. After another long day of games, we returned the second night to a clean room, but my wedding ring was missing from the bathroom counter where I'd left it. We searched everywhere and started panicking. The ring was worth over $10,000, so we went to the front desk to report it stolen. They didn't help, and we called the police. When officers searched the room, they couldn't find it either. They had the desk check the cameras, which showed the cleaning lady entering the room and stuffing the ring into a stack of towels. They found and arrested her. She said she planned to sell it, and was charged with felony theft. I'll never stay here again and don't recommend it.

The hallway was extremely loud through a door with a four-inch gap at the bottom, and there was a crazy amount of traffic and road noise outside. The room has no carpet, and the light near the desk doesn't work. I've had terrible experiences at Holiday Inns lately, and this reservation will end my business trips at HI. I have another night booked through Expedia, but I'll ditch it and go to another hotel.

The exterior sign is so bright that it lit up the room even with both blinds closed. Noise outside the room was amplified, and the rooms were extremely noisy.

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well maintained, with comfortable beds. The hotel is clean and modern, with spotless, contemporary decor.

I was in room 330 on 5-19-25 and found bed bugs in the middle of the box spring cover. I told the front desk, and they moved me to another room and gave me $8 in quarters to wash my clothes. The woman at the desk was helpful, came to look, and confirmed they were bed bugs. They seemed like they didn't want to talk about it, though. From now on, I'll pull the bed away from the wall and check for bugs.
