The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was taken care of. We came back for a second stay mainly because of Juliesa. She was so kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. It's rare to meet someone who really cares about your stay, but she does. Thanks for everything, Juliesa. She made the trip feel like home, and this Holiday Inn is our go-to whenever we're in the area.

My company had booked me a room for the week, but the hotel canceled my reservation and gave the room away without telling me. After being awake and working for 24 hours, I was ready to go to bed, only to find I had nowhere to sleep. What a joke. Never again!

We are very grateful to Adriana Rodriguez and Mirtha Marquez for helping us during a difficult time. We accidentally left a portfolio with important documents and valuable items behind, and Mirtha found it. She promptly brought it to the attentive manager, Adrian Rodriguez, so it would be safe. Adriana then got in touch, clearly concerned, and kindly offered to mail it during her personal time. She kept checking in to make sure it arrived promptly. Their teamwork and dedication made a big difference, and we're fortunate to have had their support.

I was unsure about this hotel at first, since some people had bad experiences, and that's fair for them to share. But I'd definitely recommend staying here. The front desk service was friendly, helpful, kind, and top notch, which really affects my rating anywhere. The lobby looked clean and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised by the room, especially the lack of rugs, which made it feel cleaner. The beds looked clean too, with no dirt, hair, or spots. I'm a bit of a germophobe with high standards for hotels, and this place exceeded my expectations.
