A few things to do nearby made this a good stop on our trip. We were on our way to NC and stopped to sleep; the price was very reasonable compared with other places in the area. Check-in was easy, with someone at the desk within two minutes. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Just be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. A bit difficult, but not terrible.

We were really happy with our stay. Management was very nice and went out of their way to make us comfortable. It's a quaint place for anyone who doesn't need a luxury suite or the price tag that comes with one.

Once I got past check-in, the rest of my stay at Super 8 was fine. But arriving after a long trip to find the front desk attendant asleep was not a good start. He seemed annoyed when I woke him and kept looking at me in an unfriendly way, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service at check-in needs work. A warmer welcome would make a big difference.

It's a very basic hotel, with what you need for a place to sleep and a modest breakfast. That suited us, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's no elevator, but fortunately they moved us to the first floor since we had babies, toddlers, and two strollers.

We needed a late-night check-in, and they accommodated us, so it worked out. The hotel was quiet, parking was easy, and the price was good. It was the only place in the area with availability, though it was a little farther from our event than we'd have liked. The stay was decent, and they offered a light breakfast. We didn't eat there, but Dunkin is conveniently across the street.
