The rooms were spacious, with plenty of amenities, and the beds were large and comfortable. I found the hotel very nice. Staff in the office were friendly, informative, and quick, and the maids were kind and helpful.

At checkout, they didn’t want to return my license or the $60 deposit. Before that, I’d been given a dirty room with only sheets and no blankets, and I couldn’t use the indoor hot tub. This was a terrible place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it, and Motel 6 is better.

Steve and Aaron were awesome, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. The hotel is cheaper, so keep your expectations in line with that and you’ll be happy. But I was charged $15 for a late checkout after being kind and understanding about everything. I stayed about six nights, so that fee felt ridiculous. I changed my rating from five stars to four and want the $15 back. If they refund it, I’ll change the rating back.

The showers were nice and hot, at least. This morning I bought another stay, then remembered the AC hadn’t been working. When I asked to switch rooms, the employee asked whether it had been broken while I already had the room, but didn’t offer me another one. I got a refund instead, and I won’t come back. Thanks for the hot showers, though.
