After five days here, I still had a pile of kitchen trash and was nearly out of toilet paper. Room cleaning is supposed to happen every Wednesday. I put all my belongings in my suitcase so they wouldn't be in the way, as I was told that could prevent cleaning, but nobody came. The room was clean and everything seemed fine when I first moved in, though the kitchenette has no utensils or pans, so I bought a camping cook kit at the sporting goods store next door. Management is great, but I work during the day and get back after the office has closed.

It feels like home here, and I plan to stay a long time. The whole staff is wonderful and steps in when you need help, even if you've locked yourself out. Margaret is fantastic and fair, without playing favorites. She's good at her job, and you can bring concerns or issues to her. She'll do what she can to help. That's what great customer service looks like.
Margaret, the general manager, was amazing, but my experience with other staff was awful. The after-hours worker was unprofessional and refused to help me on my last day. He threatened me, drove off with a girl, and told me to be gone by the time he returned. I thought he was clearly on drugs. My belongings were left at the bottom of a stairwell where anyone could reach them, and I was locked out. When I tried to explain my problems to Lori at the front desk, she was hostile, interrupted me, and wouldn't let me finish because she didn't care. I plan to file complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau about the hostile, toxic atmosphere. I warn people to stay away unless they want trouble with hostile staff, residents, and police. I had many other problems too: people entered my room and touched my things, a hidden camera was installed there, and someone poured the contact solution out of my case. I believe people there were monitoring the internet, my phone was hacked, and a lot of malware was put on it. While I was moving out, people took pictures of my property and talked about stealing it.
My specific needs and expectations have been exceeded by InTown Suites, and I recommend this place to anyone with high standards who is budget conscious, respectful, and wants to feel at home. The rooms, halls, grounds, and common areas are clean, and the policies feel fair and well structured. Rates are competitive, and the renovated premium rooms have tasteful interiors and modern finishes. As a professional interior designer, upgrading to one was the best few dollars I've spent. Most of all, I appreciate the people here. Property manager Margaret, housekeeping manager Lori, and maintenance manager Rick are all down to earth, dedicated, and hardworking. The staff has handled every need, big or small, quickly and effectively, and they've worked together to make my stay feel perfect so far.
Margaret's smile and work ethic are amazing. She keeps the hotel spotless and helps with problems so tenants stay happy. It's quiet and peaceful here, and I feel safe. The good chemistry between Lori, Mr Rick, and Margaret is like a smooth jazz record in perfect harmony. The floors are clean and the hallways smell nice. I'm grateful I came here and had such a great experience, and I'd recommend this hotel for any stay. Thank you all.
