Staybridge Suites Midvale

The only things housekeeping did on day six were bring fresh towels and empty the trash. They didn't clean either bathroom, the shower, or the kitchen, and the sheets weren't changed. We had asked for service every three days during our 10-day stay, then had to ask again on day six. We also aren't in the room we booked: instead of a king bedroom, we got two twin beds with no separate bedroom. It's especially disappointing since we've stayed at these hotels many times. We should've just used Airbnb. We're not even close to Diamond status until the last few weeks. On the plus side, laundry is free, though you have to pay for soap.

They couldn't get the bedroom TV working, but they tried their very best and responded quickly, which is why they get all the stars from me. The suite was very clean, with a lovely little kitchen, coffee pot, dishes, and everything. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

We got a great deal, and the hospitality was lovely. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well kept. I'd recommend upgrading to a suite, you won't regret it. Greetings from Las Vegas! 🙏

The rooms are spacious and nice, but the front desk guys seem clueless about making reservations or putting a hold on your credit card instead of charging the full amount. We showed them the bank statement, and they still didn't have a clue.
