The room was awesome and super clean, the staff were kind, and there was always fresh coffee. My wife and I were here for a few days of work near this Delaware hotel, and we loved our stay. The desk staff were especially nice and helped with a mistake we made on our end; they were always offering us things we might need. They treated us like family, making sure we were well looked after. There were some thumpy people upstairs until midnight, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Some folks just don't respect other people. I'm not taking stars off when it wasn't hotel staff stomping around like the penguin from Happy Feet. If we come back to Delaware, we'd definitely stay here again.

The breakfasts are plentiful, hot, and very good. Polly and Marge are wonderful hosts, happy to chat if you feel like it. The hotel feels warm, friendly, courteous, and family-friendly. The staff are professional and exceptionally kind to people, something I've seen as well as experienced myself. We've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Milford, Delaware several times while looking for a home in Milford. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly. Brenda at the front desk goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable. I forgot my toiletries, and she gave me everything I needed until I could get to a CVS. I was tired and didn't have to leave the hotel for essentials. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the workout room is better equipped than most hotels. I'll be happy to stay again as I relocate to Delaware.

Brenda handled the emails, calls, and our check-in, and she was super nice. She was clearly keeping the whole place running like clockwork on her own. We booked before Thanksgiving so the almost-grown kids could stay here while we were with family ten minutes away. We got our adult time, they felt fancy, and everyone was happy. Great stay. The Inn had excellent service, rooms, and prices. Brenda was especially kind, helpful, and understanding when I was having a really bad day and was in a bind. Her customer service and thoughtful gestures made it a little better. You won't regret staying here.
