Berlin Resort

The bathroom in our Signature Suite was amazing. The shower was huge, with a waterfall head plus a separate accessible seat and showering system. We also had a balcony with an Adirondack chair and a two-seat glider. My fiancée surprised me with this one-night stay, and I highly recommend Berlin Resort. I’ve been visiting Amish Country my whole life, but it was my first time staying here. The setting is great for a country getaway, and the staff were friendly and answered our questions. Our pristine suite had a living room with a pull-down king bed, a good-sized wall-mounted TV, loveseat, and two chairs. A hallway had a long counter and sink, along with a small bar counter and two stools. The massive main bedroom had a king bed, another wall-mounted TV, a swivel chair, and a barn door. We booked another summer stay before leaving and got 10% off. It has central air conditioning.

We keep coming back because it’s always very clean and has a great breakfast. There are walking trails and access to a state-of-the-art gym with saunas. I also love the little extras, like the hot chocolate and espresso machine in the lobby.

We’d been here years ago and would definitely recommend Berlin Resort. This time the room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was delicious both mornings.

The homemade sweet rolls were the highlight of breakfast, though the biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and pancakes were delicious too. We also saw a movie in the in-house theater, and the stay was wonderful from start to finish. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Amish Country, and Berlin Resort stands out for its staff, amenities, and extras. We’ll plan another visit. Check-in was streamlined, so we picked up our keys at the desk and went straight to the room. It was modern and clean, with a side table on each side of the bed, something many hotels don’t provide. The staff were friendly, and it was easy to text if we needed anything.
