We wanted a quick getaway close to home, with some time alone together and good food and shopping nearby. The Staybridge is generally a newer building, and the room layout worked really well, with a small kitchen and a good-sized fridge. Everyone we met was friendly and courteous, both at check-in at night and in the morning. The breakfast didn't have as many options as other Staybridge locations, but it was good, and better than Holiday Express in general, with yogurt, nuts, and fruit. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

After giving them a lot of money, I moved over to the Marriott next door. My cousin had paid for the room under her name and was still staying there, but I was treated as if I were sneaking in for snacks. I'd been staying with her for a long time and regularly came and went early in the morning and late at night. The front desk staff saw me often, including when I just came in for coffee. They offer snacks a couple of afternoons a week, and I don't even drink the beer they have. A man working there asked my room number, then said manager Zana Alford wanted to know. When I asked to speak to Zana Alford, I was told she was the Manager on Duty but somehow wasn't in the building. I asked how she could text him that I was there if she wasn't there. It felt like I was being lied to and accused of taking salsa and chips. Ridiculous way to offend and mistreat guests.

We had no complaints about the room: it was clean, well stocked, and everything worked. The amenities were all great, and the whole building was exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing, too. This was a recovery night after my wife's surgery, and we couldn't have picked a better place. Thank you, Staybridge and staff!

The location was good and the room was clean, but I was disappointed by the lack of free water. There wasn't even a place to refill a bottle, and the front desk said bottled water cost $4-$5. My reservation through Google Hotels showed a pet fee of $15 per night, but after checkout I was charged $30 and told the policy had changed. The manager said they don't honor details from third-party bookings, even though many customers book that way. Hotels should keep major platforms updated so customers aren't misled. At the time, I also couldn't find a clear pet fee on the official website. A lesson learned for me: third-party listings can be misleading, and this hotel needs to be more transparent.
