The service at City Club Hotel made our New York trip feel special, and we can't wait to return. Robenna at the front desk upgraded our room, a lovely surprise, and was warm, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We bonded over her love for Drake, which made check-in fun and personal. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Jack helped with our bags promptly and carefully, making arrival easy and stress-free. The team delivers top-tier hospitality, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend! The location was super convenient, especially being so close to 42nd Street and public transit, and we were really happy with our stay and the service. Robenna made us feel welcome right away, answered our questions, and let us know we could reach out if we needed anything. She even gave us a room upgrade, such a nice surprise. Jack was also great, bringing our bags up and helping with anything else we needed. Thank you, Robenna and Jack, for making us feel so welcome!! :)

Breakfast was just right to get us going for a full day around the city, and we'd happily return to City Club Hotel. The location is right in the middle of everything, within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Robenna, the Supervisor, was especially attentive and welcoming. The bellmen, Billy, Jack, and Sebastian, were kind, professional, and helpful, making our arrivals and departures smooth. Lorrine from housekeeping kept everything spotless and comfortable. The whole team's service and attention made the stay even better. We highly recommend this hotel.

Jen at the front desk was approachable and really nice. The area was clean, the bistro was lovely, and breakfast was a nice bonus. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, and I felt safe at this location. The bed was a little stiff and not that comfortable, but I'd probably book again. :)

The entrance looks unassuming, but inside it's a fabulous place in the middle of the theater district. Our room was immaculate, with fluffy large towels and robes. The staff were great, especially Johnny at the front desk, who was helpful and professional, along with the bellman. Highly recommended, and the best deal in town.
