Four Seasons Inn

Our two-queen Creekside room had a kitchenette and everything we needed to make breakfast. The view of the creek was beautiful and relaxing, and the reception staff made us feel very welcome with their friendly, accommodating service. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

The room was spotless, even under a blacklight, which was a really nice surprise. We had a riverfront room with a hot tub and balcony, and it was clean and peaceful, with no kids around. Thelma was very nice and helpful, prices are reasonable, and breakfast was good. There wasn’t a lot to choose from, but enough to get you started in the morning. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I’d been looking forward to our stay, but after this experience I won’t book here again. We had paid in full for two nights in January, when I booked with Thelma as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. An injury forced us to reschedule and then cancel. When I called to reschedule, Thelma made a new two-day reservation and canceled the original paid booking. I understood that canceling outside the policy meant I’d be charged for one night, and I agreed to that. Instead, I was charged for a third night on top of the two already paid for. I’ve called several times and been asked to call back or told she needed to look things up. I provided the booking number and receipt as proof of the original payment, more than once, but she still hasn’t refunded the extra third-night charge, let alone the two nights I believe I’m owed. She hasn’t responded or been willing to work with me. I should have been charged for one night, but was charged for three. 👎🏼

I loved the patio outside my room, with rocking chairs looking out at colorful trees and a mountain creek running by. It’s family-owned, pet-friendly, and everyone was so nice and friendly. I’d definitely stay again! Susan and Roger
