Fairfield Inn & Suites Millville Vineland

During Valentine’s weekend, the hotel was packed, but the service stayed great. I saw happy guests on both of my visits. I’ve stayed at many properties and have worked for Marriott since 2010, and as a Gold member I appreciated how respectful and helpful the phone service was before my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my rooms, like the rest of the hotel, were clean and up to date. Laura, Renee, Makayla, Taquonna, Luis, Cynthia, the breakfast attendant, and my housekeeper all added a lot to my visits. I look forward to staying again when I’m in town. Carissa made arranging our wedding room block feel easy. She was professional, friendly, accommodating, and quick to reply whenever we had questions or changes. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our guests said their rooms were nice and check-in was easy. We also rented two meeting rooms on back-to-back nights, and both were spotless, organized, and set up just as we needed. Carissa and the Fairfield team helped the whole weekend run smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend it for a group or event.

The room was roomy and really clean. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot, but still close to shopping and the highway. Staff were honest and returned the personal items I accidentally left behind. I’d definitely recommend it.

I would never recommend staying here. My husband booked through his work website for a stay of several weeks. When he checked in, he extended in advance after confirming the rate would stay the same. He was told it would, but then it suddenly went up by more than $100. He was told someone would contact him, and because he would have to pay the difference if the charge went over a certain amount, he wouldn’t have kept staying if he’d known about the increase. That was about three weeks ago, and nobody has contacted him. They list him as a Titanium member, which apparently means nothing. They raise the rate without telling people, then he gets a hotel bill of over $1,000 for five days. They’re not honest people at all.
