Christine made check-in such a nice experience. She was smiling the whole time, very helpful, and seemed to really enjoy her job. I travel for work and have stayed at many hotels all over the U.S., so it was great to have someone help without acting like being at work was a struggle. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room had torn sheets, dusty tables, a dirty bathtub, and a filthy floor. The hallways felt like they belonged in a horror movie, and the cigarette smell hit me as soon as I walked in. At reception, the person was unfriendly. Then at checkout, they did everything they could to keep my $50 deposit. On top of the disgusting conditions and terrible service, it felt like they were trying to steal my money. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I had already booked and paid for my room online when I arrived, but the receptionist charged me 68 dollars instead of the 50-dollar deposit. When I objected, he was rude and disrespectful, acting as if I were at fault until I showed proof of payment. It felt like racial prejudice may have been involved, as though he assumed I had no right to be there. He acknowledged the mistake but didn't apologize or act professionally. It's a shame a simple error turned into such an unpleasant experience.

I’ve been here for 2 years. On December 29, I did something wrong because of my addiction. It was an accident, and I was discharged from the hospital yesterday. I talked to the manager about staying here after I broke something in my room. I’m grateful I still have a place, but I have to pay for the damage because it was my fault. I need to take responsibility. This is a nice place, and the staff are respectful and do their jobs. Leslie, Nate Rosa Christine are the best staff anyone could ask for. Thank you guys for working with me and giving me a chance.
