Sheldon Street Lodge

I got a one-night booking here when several other places in town required two nights, and this ended up being my favorite of the five places I’ve stayed in town. The rooms and property were spotless and really cute, and downtown was all within walking distance. They also had complimentary snacks and bottled water, and the service was so friendly and attentive. I’d stay again in a heartbeat if I could fit another trip into this month.

That little dated shower didn’t take away from the hotel’s charm. The place was quaint and very clean, with nicely decorated tile-floor rooms, no odd smells, plenty of towels, and a bed and pillows that were super comfortable. There were free snacks, coffee, and water in the lobby, plus four complimentary bottles in the room fridge. Wonderful service too. This place is a must-stay.

Deb was the highlight of our stay at Sheldon Street Lodge. She was so caring and kind, and even gave us a free upgrade when we arrived. The hotel was clean, and the room had its own AC and heat controls. It’s also a great spot, just a quick block’s walk from downtown Prescott. We’ll definitely return, we have only kind things to say about the hotel and the people running it.

After traveling through snow, sleet, more snow, and then rain, Sheldon Street Lodge felt like a perfect little refuge. We were there in late January 2026, and the room was just right. Staff were great both at night and in the morning. You can walk to historic whiskey row, with shops, restaurants, and nightlife along the way. A really good stay.
