Extended Stay America - San Jose - Milpitas - McCa

Staying at Extended Stay America in Milpitas felt like being at home, and I’d happily return. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the 237 and 880, plus food and shopping nearby. My room was clean, spacious, and well suited to a longer stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

I’ve been here about a month while waiting for my new home to be ready, and it’s been a great stay. I love having a kitchen since I enjoy cooking. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff are kind and friendly, and Jennifer and Desiree have been especially helpful. I haven’t had any problems and would recommend this location to anyone.

Desiree knew I was renting a vehicle from a guest, since she had told my spouse it was a good idea. She then acted as if she knew nothing about it, including when she called the police on a car parked in the handicap spot so it would get a ticket. She let that same guest blame Jennifer, even though Jennifer doesn’t have a license and couldn’t have rented the vehicle. Desiree also pretended not to know that the review about Jennifer wasn’t true, then told Jennifer there was nothing she could have done. Horrible. She’s a great pretender.

We lost all power and hot water for a day, the key cards never work, and they don’t clean. Even the towels in their sorry excuse for a workout room don’t get replaced. Laundry costs $10, and it takes the ovens 30 minutes to boil water. Don’t stay here.
