The Agency cocktail lounge downstairs was fun, and the drinks were delicious. The building is a gem tucked into a loud, busy downtown area, yet there was very little outside noise. The bed was comfortable, and the modern bathroom was clean. Check-in went smoothly thanks to detailed instructions, including where and how to park. I'd recommend the place and visit again. Thank you!

The arrangement is a little unusual, with no front desk and a feel somewhere between an Air Bnb and a hotel, but it worked seamlessly. The team was wonderfully responsive, handled a special requirement, and offered great restaurant suggestions. I chose DubbelDutch for its location, availability, and price, and was delighted. It's a cool building with a historic feel. Highly recommend.

The location is fantastic, downtown near the art museum, with plenty of fun restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We loved the historic character and the unique boutique feel of the hotel. Our Talossa Room was spacious and comfortable. There isn't staff on site, but the emails sent before we arrived prepared us fully for how things work. We look forward to coming back.

There was no receptionist or elevator, and nobody answered the phone or text chat. The place wasn't ADA compliant. My room had human hair in the toilet and an odd staircase leading to a gated-off loft with a second door I couldn't access or check for security. I had to take sedatives to get to sleep. Never again.
