10/10
The room was comfortable and clean, with lots of pillows, good water pressure, working Wi-Fi, and plenty of space. There are several good restaurants nearby, too. We’ve stayed here a couple of times before flying out of Milwaukee, and parking our car for a week made the latest visit especially worthwhile. The extra day rate was reasonable, and although the lot behind the building isn’t secured, it felt tucked away and I was comfortable leaving the car there. The shuttle wasn’t running, but they called and paid for an Uber, which worked out well. We had an early flight, so I missed breakfast, but I appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. We’ll stay here again when flying out of Milwaukee.

8/10
My room was quiet, and the staff were friendly. The location is handy for flying out of Milwaukee, but a few things were frustrating. The bathroom nightlight didn’t work, there was no airport shuttle because the driver was on vacation, and the microwave was only in the lobby. The parking lot still hadn’t been cleared after a recent snowstorm. The grab-and-go breakfast was a bottle of water, an apple, and a very overprocessed Belgian waffle.

Just five minutes from the airport, and the customer service and room service were good. It was quiet, too. Definitely recommend this decent HHonor hotel to anyone looking for a place near the airport.

The gym needs a bit of attention: the bench no longer adjusts, and the foam roller isn’t useful. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel, with clean, modern rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful. You can get to the airport in under five minutes, so the location is about as close as it gets.
