I was here for two months while my husband relocated for work, and the staff made the long stay feel welcoming. They'd greet me in the hall and were quick to respond whenever I needed something. It's pet-friendly, and having a shopping center and Whole Foods nearby made food and errands easy. Thanks to the staff and the GM for being so kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it for a long stay, 10/10.

I've been staying here for three months and never once considered moving. The staff are what make the place stand out, super friendly, hardworking, and professional. The outdoor lounge and BBQ area is fantastic.

Within five minutes of getting into our room, we found bed bugs. We took a pillow with one on it to the front desk and reported what we'd found. They refunded our money, but the hotel clearly has cleanliness problems that need to be dealt with.

Tiffany at the front concierge was so helpful and attentive. She made getting into my room easy and really knows her job. Thanks for all your help, Tiffany. You made our stay comfortable and easy.
10/10
We had a clean, nice room with plenty of space for five, and breakfast had several good choices. The kids liked the pool, and we didn't mind that there was no hot tub. It's a short drive to the zoo or downtown, and Jets pizza delivery is nearby.
