The owners are kind, polite, and very welcoming. The room has a king bed, private parking for a fair price, and breakfast with lots of complimentary drinks, coffee, Starbucks breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin' Donut sandwiches. It’s a perfect spot if you're going to the Rave, just a few minutes away. I've stayed twice already and will keep coming back to the area. Thanks for a great experience.

This is my go-to stop whenever I come to Milwaukee, and I can't wait to return. The price is great, and it's near downtown in a safe neighborhood. Rooms were clean, fresh, and updated. Breakfast was free, with freshly delivered McDonald's and Starbucks sandwiches that tasted good, plus free Red Bull, drinks, and snacks.

I was sick and had only slept three hours when I booked this place, so I didn't look into it first. That was a mistake. The rooms cost far too much for what you get, and the motel felt ugly and depressing. The mattress felt like hard plastic, and the bulky pillows were uncomfortable. There’s no proper air conditioning, just a portable unit in the corner that doesn’t blow toward the bed. The bed itself was so uncomfortable that I had to bring in my memory foam camping mattress to get a decent night's sleep. There were random loud bangs in the room, and I couldn't figure out where they came from. It took 5-7 minutes for the hot water to get warm. Check-in felt sketchy: they keep people out of the front desk area, so you have to ring a bell and wait a few minutes for someone to let you in. The parking gate isn't automatic, and they closed it early, so I had to get out to push it open and then close it behind me. There's no coffee all day, and breakfast is only available on weekends. Go somewhere else.

The hotel is a short, easy walk from The Rave, which worked perfectly for our visit to a show. Our remodeled room was beautiful, with a crystal light fixture, and the beds were so comfortable that my friend and I felt pampered. Everything looked immaculate, with attention to detail throughout. Staff were kind, courteous, informative, and eager to help. They clearly cared about our stay. Breakfast was complimentary, with a great selection of Starbucks breakfast sandwiches, Krispy Kreme donuts, and other grab-and-go options. Someone even checked whether we needed anything while we got coffee, a really nice personal touch. We'll absolutely come back and recommend the hotel.
