That hot tub and patio out back were a lovely spot to relax after a long day. The owners have done a great job decorating this charming old house, and they were such helpful, friendly hosts. We stayed recently to visit Playalinda Beach, and the location made getting to the beaches really convenient. We loved the place and will be back.

The common rooms felt welcoming, and they made it easy to chat with other guests. I stayed for three nights, and both my room and the rest of the house were very clean. Breakfast was great, especially the homemade bread. Roan & Karrie greeted me with big smiles and helped with my bags. There’s only one TV, in a shared area, and it was never on. If you’re hoping to unplug, relax, or read, this is a lovely place to stay.

We had a great experience. The house was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Aleksa was pleasant to work with from the start, even while we were on the road, and had everything taken care of when our group of three 60-year-old men arrived. I’ll keep them in mind if I travel that way again.

The location worked perfectly for me, right off I95 and close to my venue. I loved the Mardi Gras room and its super cute decor, and the hosts were attentive and amazing. I didn’t have to want for anything. Such a great experience!

Don’t miss the breakfast! Roan and Karrie have made this 1869 historic Florida Manor House a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Titusville area. It’s conveniently located near the Indian River, Sand Point Park, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and the Kennedy Space Center.
