The garden was beautiful for our ceremony, the house interior felt timeless, and the carriage house had fun things to do. Even the secret spooky basement was a hit with our guests. Every corner of the property has something lovely and unique, and the whole place is sooooo stunning. My wife and I held our wedding at 300 Clifton and stayed there with our guests for the entire weekend. It was the most magical day and weekend of our lives, and we had the wedding we dreamed of. Norman was so kind and helpful, letting us visit several times beforehand to tour and plan. We have Norman and the 300 Clifton staff to thank for it, and we’ll definitely stay again.

We had a restful, if short, stay, and exploring the mansion helped take our minds off our grief. It’s a beautiful inn with lovely accommodations, and it’s close to The Walker, which we enjoyed the next day. My husband and I came for one night to get away from home after losing our pet. When we honestly told the staff how we were doing, they treated us with such kindness. I want them to know how much that meant to us.

We love coming to 300 Clifton. This was our first night in the carriage house, where we rented the Blacksmith's Forge and the Coachman's room. Both were fabulous! What the proprietors have done with this property is inspirational.

I loved being able to unwind in the drawing room and library at night. The historic mansion is lovely and in immaculate condition. Staying here was an amazing experience, and I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town. 10/10.

Norman, the manager, was so hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. His care for the guests and attention to detail made the experience special. It’s clear he takes pride in preserving the property’s historic character and making people feel welcome. Our room was gorgeous, with historic details and furnishings that gave it a romantic, enchanting feel. The grounds were just as stunning and beautifully maintained. Staying at 300 Clifton felt like stepping into a historical romance novel. This beautifully preserved B&B has the charm of another era alongside modern comfort. If you want a distinctive, atmospheric place to stay in Minneapolis with historical charm and exceptional service, it’s unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back.
