The pool and hot tub are a big reason I’m still here, and I haven’t had packages go missing or get misplaced. When I email management with questions or concerns, they’ve been on top of it. The leasing agents, the woman and the man whose names I’ve forgotten, are friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve lived here since November 2024, including under the previous management, and I don’t have anything nice to say about that period. Since SOLHEM took over, though, I’ve really enjoyed living here. People complain that the building is old, but to me that’s part of what makes it unique. The price and space are reasonable for downtown, and the location is good. Heat and hot water used to be problems with the old management, but since the change I’ve noticed those issues less, if at all. I’ve lived in other nearby buildings and apartments, and this has been one of my favorites. I’d recommend taking a tour and seeing the units. Everyone has opinions, though sometimes it feels like people pick at the smallest things.

Mari made my last-minute apartment search less stressful, and I appreciated how clearly she answered my questions. She explained the leasing fees and estimates upfront, so there were no hidden surprises. I’m not a resident, but after the walkthrough her presentation put this complex at the top of my list. The amenities are great, and the Skyway connection is a big plus. There’s lots of downtown space within walking distance, and the Metro Transit line is nearby too. If you get the chance, set up a time to look around. Thanks for fitting me in. Keep up the good work!

I’ve lived here since 2017 and liked the previous management team, so I was concerned about the change. Ownership and management switched in late September 2025, and my experience with the new team has been positive so far. They’ve answered my questions, and I’ve been impressed with them. The secure package room has improved a lot. Packages are now sorted in the right place with the apartment number written in big marker, so it’s easy to find yours. It may seem like a small thing, but I really appreciate that service. Three resident events are planned for October, including yoga, happy hour, and grab-and-go breakfast. The resident portal is easy to use, and they’ve communicated well about a maintenance issue that had been coming and going for months before the ownership change, to be fair. The building has mostly great floor plans, plus a nice gym and roof area.

I’ve been at Soo Line for four years and have seen plenty change. Since Solhem Properties took over management, they’ve updated some dated areas and brightened them up. Their communication with residents has been excellent, with timely responses and regular updates to the building. Soo line has the amenities you could want, plus those long views from the sky club rooftop. It’s a great place to live, and I highly recommend Soo Line Building as a next home.
