Eitel Building

That stretch of Loring Park right outside the door is a real plus, especially if you have a dog. I’ve been at Eitel Apartments for five months and the place feels cozy and homey, with a cool loft, big windows, and lots of room and storage. Kenna and the rest of management and maintenance have been great to deal with, and any problem I’ve had was sorted out easily. I’ve found the staff friendly and accommodating, so the poor ratings don’t make sense to me. It’s a beautiful place to live, and I’d happily recommend it.

Loring Park gives the place a real neighborhood feel, with a lively community and plenty going on. We’ll miss that energy and the views most. Our unit was the main draw: unusual architecture, great finishes and fixtures, and arguably some of the best views in the city. The building itself is holding up decently for a development that’s over ten years old, despite the wear from residents coming and going. Kenna first won us over when we walked in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. Since then, she and Mary have gone above and beyond, and the maintenance team has been approachable and quick whenever we needed something handled. We’ve enjoyed living here and will miss it.

The apartment was brand new when I moved in, and I loved its design and how safe the area felt. Having Loring Park right nearby is both lovely and convenient. Mary showed me around last year, then Kenna helped me through the move in process. They’re both kind and helpful, and Mary is especially patient and understanding. Questions and other situations have always been handled promptly. I’ve lived here a year and it’s easily my favorite apartment. 10/10, recommend! ❤️

Secure, easy parking, good amenities that don’t seem constantly crowded, and a great price for what you get. I’ve also had really good experiences with the residents and my neighbors. I’m 30 and have spent about half my life in apartments, and this is my favorite so far. Momo and Kenna made moving in smooth, patiently dealing with all my questions and the delays on my end. Even the cleaning and paint crews are friendly. I’ve only been here a few months, so I’ll update this when I move out, but right now I’m laughably confused by the reviews. 10/10.
