Execustay At The Nic On 5Th

The quiet stood out most during my stay at NIC on 5th. I couldn’t hear noise from anywhere, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave me lovely views, especially after dark. I also appreciated the controlled entry system. I stayed in a studio, and the building was impressively clean, even the garbage room. The concierge team was professional and attentive, which made everything feel easy. The location worked well too, with buses and rail nearby, lots of different food options, and plenty to do in a walkable downtown community. Thanks to Steven for the chance to stay here.

The neighborhood is a major part of what makes the Nic on 5th appealing. It’s right in the middle of downtown, with the skyway connecting you to plenty of food and shopping options. The amenities are top notch, and secure doors along with 24 hour concierge and security help me feel safe. I’ve made this place home, and the attentive, friendly staff have been wonderful to me and my family. The leasing manager and both leasing agents have been amazing. Once you experience the luxurious atmosphere, I think you’ll understand why I feel lucky to live here. I could keep going, but if you’re looking for a new home, come see it for yourself. I’m sure it won’t disappoint.

I toured Nic on 5TH twice, with a three month gap between visits. Suzan showed me around once and Jalale the other time. Both were patient and answered my questions well. The building looked great on each visit. I’d definitely recommend taking a tour.

Jale made moving into my new apartment at Nic on 5th a really good experience. She explained each step, told me what I needed to do, and even reminded me when I forgot something, lol. She was attentive and communicated clearly throughout. I’d definitely recommend reaching out to her if you’re planning a move there.
