Sonder North Loop Green Apartments North Loop

The previous downside for me was the Sonder guests, but the building has since ended that relationship. I’ve lived at north loop green 360 for over 1 year, and it’s been a positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, neighbors are respectful, and people treat the nice amenities well, in my experience. Unexpected amenity issues do come up now and then, but they get fixed quickly. Getting around is easy too. It’s very walkable, right by the light rail, and close to the major freeway entrances when I need to leave the city.

I’ve tried calling and emailing everyone I could to get our rental credit tax form, but no one has responded. They’re also holding a package that was sent there and haven’t given me any information about it. The office is completely disorganized, and there seems to be someone new in the leasing office every month, which explains a lot about the management. This is the worst apartment complex. For more than $3500 a month, I expected much better service.

I’m happy living here. The place is always clean and smells great, and you get more than you’re paying for with all the amenities. The staff and security are extremely friendly, and I know all their names. My neighbors are really nice too. I highly recommend this place.

The elevators can be slow, though that makes sense in a 34-floor building with 4 levels of parking. Other than that, I love North Loop Green 360. I’ve been to several events there because my bestie lives in the building. The lobby and amenities are lively and nicely decorated, and the concrete construction means you don’t hear the upstairs neighbors. The fitness area is top tier, with a locker room that gives Lifetime a run for its money. There are countless work-from-home spots, and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been amazing. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live in the heart of North Loop. :)
