The rooftop community room was a highlight for us. It has indoor and outdoor areas, and we never saw anyone else there, so it felt like having an extra apartment with a rooftop patio. Great for groups. We spent a lot of time up there, and the sunset photo is from there, with downtown in view too. The gym was great as well. The price for the location and stay is hard to beat, and I'd stay again. The apartment was pretty dark, though, and they've added a lot of light in the photo. See my photo attached. It's fairly quiet, but I couldn't sleep with the window open because the a/c unit outside was way too loud. As a single woman, I felt safe walking to and from dinner in The North Loop. I took a rideshare back from downtown at night, and it still saved me money. There's a ciderery, a bar, and a brewery next door, and Minneapolis is very walkable and busable.

I'm really happy with The Palmer. Seth has been so helpful with everything about my lease and apartment, and with other things in general.

There are lots of good food and drink spots nearby, and the full kitchen was a bonus because I could cook some meals instead of eating out so much. Sonder's rates beat any downtown hotel I found. This Sonder is one block from the train to MSP airport, Mall of America, or St. Paul.

Ashley on the management team was incredible, always clear and direct, which made everything go smoothly. The maintenance crew was great too and was always there when something in the apartment needed fixing. I had an amazing time at The Palmer, a great experience overall.

The Palmer really feels like home, and I'm thankful to the team for that. Our cleaning lady comes every day and keeps the property tidy. We love the beautiful apartments and the amazing location. Jaclyn, our property manager, is the absolute best, so kind and helpful, and she always has treats for our dog.
