The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown

Our room was clean and spacious, and being able to connect my phone to the TV with Bluetooth and play my own music was the icing on the cake. We booked one night and then decided to add another. Ronald and zac said we'd need to check out and check back in the next day, which was fine. They let us sleep in, kept the room set aside so nobody disturbed us, and let us recheck in when it suited us. They were so kind and easy to work with. I wish every hotel had staff like them. Definitely recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!

My wife and I only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff made us feel so welcome, from the professional front desk team to the friendly security guards. Manager Ronald was especially helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and this is where we'll stay whenever we're in Minneapolis again. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff. Thank you, royal sonesta, for making our first Minneapolis trip such a great one.

The room looked out beautifully over downtown Minneapolis, and the bar was a great place to unwind after the day, with a nice atmosphere and well-made drinks. The front desk team's warm, genuine hospitality stood out as soon as I arrived and made me feel looked after throughout my stay at Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown. This was a standout stay, and I'd absolutely recommend the Royal Sonesta for its comfort, welcoming service, and unbeatable downtown view. To The Royal Sonesta: I unfortunately forgot the name of the man working late evening on January 4th, but I really appreciated his hospitality.

The restaurant staff gave great service, and I recommend the cheesecake and a mocktail. The morning and evening front desk teams were awesome too, helping with skyway directions and restaurant suggestions. My room was spacious and clean, in an excellent location.
