The staff were top notch, and I'll definitely stay here again. I booked because the hotel is close to the passport agency, and was very happy with both the room and service. Kimberly at the front desk helped me when I checked in, explaining valet and several public parking options since the hotel has no parking. I parked about a two-minute walk away. The room was clean and had excellent amenities, including a full fridge, kitchen counter, and kitchen supplies. The breakfast menu had a nice selection. When unforeseen circumstances meant I needed a late checkout, I explained to Gigi and she kindly let me stay until 2 p.m., which helped tremendously. As I left, GM Troy and Edith, the Housekeeping Manager, were welcoming, said hello, and held the elevator while I took my time.

I was impressed by how caring the staff were, and I'll absolutely stay at the TRU in Minneapolis again. At the continental breakfast, the gentleman running it greeted everyone warmly, anticipated questions, and checked on tables to see if guests needed anything. It's some of the best service I've had at any hotel, especially at a complimentary breakfast. When I came down after noon to ask whether there were leftovers for someone in my room who wasn't feeling well, the front desk receptionist immediately brought a banana, muffin, and yogurt. The housekeeping ladies were kind, friendly, and ready to help too. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. The front desk staff were professional, kind, attentive, and ready to help. My room at Home2 Suites by Hilton – Minneapolis Downtown was spotless, comfortable, modern, and had everything I needed and more. It's in a great location, with excellent service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Minneapolis.

The rooms were comfortable, and the place was clean with a great location. George, who was around at breakfast, made sure everyone left full in the morning. If I could, I'd give him 10 stars. He was the cherry on top of a truly special stay. The world needs more people like George.

My husband found this hotel because it was the closest one to my downtown appointment. The room was very clean, and the air-conditioning worked really well. In the morning, the printer wasn't working, but Todd, Danielo, and Yacoub helped me print a very important email. They were outstanding and happy to lend a hand!
