The happy hour snacks are always a treat, and the grassy dog-walking area around the hotel is great, with lots of sidewalks nearby as well. I’ve stayed here seven times over the past several years, alone, with my dogs, and with family. Each visit has felt safe, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The staff are consistently kind and friendly. It’s pet friendly, and quiet dogs can stay in the room crated if you need to step out. This place has never let me down.

The breakfast buffet worker was working incredibly hard with no help from the other staff I saw. He deserves a raise. My check-in, though, was awkward: three employees made eye contact with me at the desk, but carried on their conversation before helping. The room smelled, and the air conditioner barely worked.

I’m in town several times a year and keep having a good, consistent stay here. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and happy hour is nice. The location on the south side of town is convenient.

The breakfast had more options than I expected, though there was a small snag: no utensils for the oatmeal toppings or for taking waffles off the griddle. The room was clean and nice, the coffee was decent, and I appreciated the Dove shower products. Both times I called, the staff were wonderfully courteous.

I usually sleep badly anywhere but home, so getting such a good night’s rest here was a real surprise. The room felt comfortable and homey, and the amenities were thoughtfully chosen. I also felt safe, and the rate was surprisingly affordable. This has become my favorite hotel.
