The main issue was the water pressure. Maybe the shower head needs replacing, and be careful with the iron. My husband is former military and likes a crisp crease. We stayed in Unit 1006 in Ariel Dunes Tower 1. There was construction underway, which made the drive up a bit bumpy, so take care or use the bench-side entrance. ADI has lots of parking across the two buildings, and it was easy to find a spot. You can also use the breezeway to unload if you’ve brought a lot. Inside, the unit was spotless, beautiful, and well equipped. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and all the basics for cooking. The owners clearly take pride in the place and care about making guests comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by how close the beach was, since we’d expected a long walk. I’d definitely recommend booking it. We hope to return next year, though we’ll need a pet-friendly rental because it was hard to be away from Moochi, our 6 month old Cavapoodle.

The view was nice, but the toilets kept getting clogged. We stayed in Ariel Dunes ll room1810, and things were fine until the owner interrupted our vacation over a bathroom leak. We were disappointed by how they handled it, since we thought the issue would have been fixed before we arrived.

Avoid Ariel dunes 2103 Salty Bull. The property managers won’t communicate through VRBO or AirBNB and instead insist on asking for extra things outside the apps, where you have no recourse against their shady demands. When I asked them to keep communication on VRBO, they canceled my reservation. Do not book this property under any circumstances.

We had a great week at Ariel and hope to come back next year. I stayed in room 1910 with friends and family, and everything was good overall. We were nine people but had only five bracelets, which you need for the pool and beach. Ocean Reef support kindly brought over four more when I called. Cabana Cafe is in the same building, and the food was fantastic. We loved the pizza, fries, and fried pickles. There’s also a little mall at the back of the resort with a restaurant, an alcohol store, and other things. They even had a concert with Luke Combs. The tickets cost a bit, but I’m a big fan, so I was glad to pay. Our main room issue was the remotes and batteries. Only two Roku remotes worked, so we couldn’t get cable TV. I called Ocean Reef, and they said they’d send batteries, but they never showed up. That was okay since we were out most of the day anyway. (Photos and videos were shot on iPhone 16 Pro)

We spent a week here in January for our first stay at Ariel Dunes. The balcony had great views and amazing sunsets, and the clean unit was a nice size, with a separate living area and bedroom. We’re very fussy about cleanliness, and the room was spotless. It was hard to relax on the balcony and read because of all the noise. There was construction inside and outside, plus a loud water feature at the pool below that was deafening. We also got the wrong fitness room code by text, and the parking pass wasn’t in the room, so we had to get one through Vacasa. The furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. We might come back, but some things need fixing first.
