We arrived on April 7, 2026, and the dirty exterior, filthy windows, and strong bug spray smell were warning signs I wish I hadn't brushed aside. The front desk attendant was kind and checked us in quickly, but our first room had roaches everywhere. I reported it right away and said we couldn't stay in those conditions. At first they refused a refund and offered another room, so, because we were in a bind, I agreed to move. That room was just as bad, maybe worse: roach skins in the bed, dead ones behind the refrigerator, and more visible around the room. It was completely unsanitary and unacceptable. The staff had reportedly checked the room before handing over the key, which raises serious questions about the property's standards. After I showed photos, they finally refunded us. As we left, other guests were calling to complain about the infestation too, so it didn't seem like an isolated problem. My daughter, grandson, and I found safe accommodations at LaQuinta, which turned the experience around. This didn't feel like a hotel, more like a roach motel. I strongly advise against booking here. The place was filthy and unsafe, and clearly wasn't being managed properly.

We had a good trip and ended up staying an extra day, which we booked directly with the hotel after reserving online. We actually got a better deal that way. The room was wonderful, customer service was truly awesome, and we had no issues. The location wasn't great in my opinion, even though the area itself was nice. We were there when it was being built years ago and wondered why they chose that spot. Glad we stayed. Blessings for 2026! 1/5/26

The elevator got stuck and I nearly got trapped. The rooms smelled awful, with a rotten odor from the air conditioning, and the bathroom lights were dim. They don't replace the toilet paper, and the windows were dusty. Save your money and don't book this disgusting hotel suite.

For a two-star place, you get a complimentary gym, coffee, and laundry, and you're in Sandestin, Florida, about two miles from everything. You're off the beach, so you avoid the inflated prices. It's a little too far to walk to the beach, but close enough to bike, and there are three restaurants next door. Please stay here, it's a great place.

The furniture wasn't cleaned well, and the mildew smell and garbage disposal odor were so bad that my wife and I felt sick. Even the worker was sick. They never even tried to move us to another room. For the money, I'd avoid this place. That's all I can suggest.
