Getting around from the Luau condos in Sandestin was easy, from the short walk to the beach to nearby restaurants, golf, shopping, and resort amenities. The views were beautiful, and carrying chairs and coolers back and forth was convenient. Our condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool area was great, the grounds immaculate, and the property felt relaxing and family-friendly while staying quiet and upscale. The stay felt easy and stress-free. I’d gladly return, whether for golf, a family trip, or a relaxing beach getaway, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sandestin or Miramar Beach.

When you book directly through the resort, you get five-star treatment. I booked through a third-party site and was left to handle things on my own.

There’s no service available, but the Luau is a nice, quiet, clean place. The grounds and pool are beautiful, and it feels secure.

The building work was hard to ignore: we sat by the pool in the sun while paint chips rained down on us and our things. The AC in our room also failed on two of the warmer days, though luckily the weather wasn’t too hot. At least the beach was only a few minutes away on foot.
