I'm a construction contractor and do maintenance and repairs at Sandprints. Sometimes we get to upgrade units when their owners decide to, from flooring and lighting to bathroom and kitchen makeovers, granite countertops, and even full remodels. I'm telling you, Sandprints is luxurious. They don't ignore needed repairs or maintenance; whenever something comes up, they call someone to get it done and keep the place lovely. And the swimming pool is wonderful!

We spend winters here as snowbirds. The unit is great and fully furnished, with new stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It's on the first floor, with parking right outside the door, and across from the pool and grill. Vacasa handles the rental.

We came for Cinco de Mayo and found the condo even nicer than the pictures. Everything was handled online, and I got a door code by text first thing on check-in morning. We didn't have to wait in line or go to a Hostess desk. The beach and some great food and shopping are just a few minutes away.

The condo is close to the beach and places to eat, but it needs tlc. For the price and lack of a view, I wouldn't stay here again. We booked through an airbnb.
