The entrance can be confusing at first, but once you know where it is, getting back is easy. Everything else has made this a great place for my long business stays. The pool area is well kept and has two nice grills, the gym has enough equipment for a good workout, and the laundry is affordable compared with other hotels. The laundry is especially useful for me right now. The breakfast is a favorite. Elsa is sweet, Elizabeth is very nice, and the food is warm. I have nothing to complain about there. Nora in the mornings, the guys at the desk at night, Elsa and Elizabeth at breakfast, Rosa, Ana, and Raidee in housekeeping, and management have all treated me like family. Their smiles, little conversations, warm welcome, and attention to detail show they take the work personally. I've stayed at plenty of hotels for business. I don't expect a brand new room, just a clean one, and mine has always been clean. The sheets are clean and the towels replenished every time. I can't say enough good things about the staff, and I highly recommend the place.

I lost my key and license while I was at Homes, so I called the hotel. No one had turned them in yet, but Jennifer later called to tell me they had been found. Earlier that morning I'd seen her wiping tables, smiling, and chatting with guests. That smile says a lot about how friendly she is. She helped me tremendously.

I was in town for a concert at Amerant Bank Arena, about a 20-minute drive away, and the hotel worked well for that. The parking lot entrance was a little hard to spot, though Google Maps directions got me there. I spent two nights here in October 2025. The outside looked somewhat dated, while the inside was maintained well enough that it didn't bother me. I didn't find any particular cleaning problems in my room, though it wasn't spotless. For the price, I thought it was adequate.

I came to town for a family party, and the stay was easy and everything was clean. Jennifer and Nicole helped me with both check-in and checkout, and they made the whole experience great.
