The staff interaction made the stay uncomfortable, and I left feeling unwelcome. Jessica was rude and unprofessional, speaking to guests as though they had no other option but to stay there. Ms. Ray also seemed focused on personal phone conversations instead of helping people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel when there are other places where guests are treated with respect.

The clerk was great and really accommodating. The place is a little small, but it was clean, so it gets a thumbs up from me and Copilot. I was there making a new video for my cc&copilot YouTube channel.

I was looking for an affordable place near the Hard Rock for the national college football game, and this spot worked out perfectly.

The room was a pleasant surprise once we got inside. It had been remodeled, with a tiled walk-in shower. Pulling up around 9pm, though, our first thought was, what have we gotten ourselves into? The hot water wasn't working the next morning; after we told the front desk, it was fixed and we had a hot shower by 1:30pm. Also, the bed was a full, not the queen the online photos led us to expect, so we had to snuggle up to avoid falling off.

The room was cute, compact, comfortable, and really clean, and the hotel itself was spotless. For the price, especially compared with other Miami area hotels, it was a lot better than I expected. We booked at the last minute after the Hilton and Marriott options were full, and I mainly needed a place to shower and sleep. Other places at a similar price can be roach motels, but this one wasn't.
