Breakfast and the bed were good, but nothing here was great, so I’d be better off staying in Miami. The front desk staff aren’t very friendly, and don’t expect a warm welcome. After charging the room to your card, they also require a $50 deposit without telling you beforehand. The staff seem like they don’t enjoy working here. I’d give it three stars.

The general manager was outright rude to us, and the way the employees treated guests didn’t make up for the hotel being under construction. This felt like a clear case of poor management. I won’t return or recommend anyone stay here. I’d rather take my chances at a motel for better service. Best of luck!

This place used to be much nicer, but our stay showed clear signs of housekeeping being neglected. The toilet freshness seal was intact, yet there was hair on the seat and in the shower. In the morning, garbage from the night before was still in the elevator, and trash was scattered around the pool. It wasn’t worth the price, and we won’t stay again.

The breakfast was good, and thanks to the front desk for the service. But there’s work to do with housekeeping. The rug was dirty, the room smelled damp, and the pillowcases were stained and wrinkled. Maybe housekeepers have too many rooms and too little time to clean; I understand that this is hard, exhausting work, especially with 10 or 15 rooms to get through and guests who sometimes don’t leave tips. The A/C made a loud noise when the compressor started, which wasn’t good at night. We won’t come back. Thanks anyway, and God bless!
